Dr. William Galbraith, M.D.

Co-Founder and 1st Board President of the Community Health Free Clinic

"Slow Medicine and Free Medical Clinics"

Dr. Galbraith is a past President of the Linn County Medical Society and former Director of the American Board of Internal Medicine who practiced internal medicine in Cedar Rapids for over 30 years, as well as teaching and practicing at the University of Iowa.  He has been a leader in diabetes education.  He has spent years volunteering his time and energy helping under-served populations gain access to quality medical care, and co-founded the Community Health Free Clinic in 2001.  His list of accolades and awards is extensive and we are honored to have him share his insights with us at this year's Annual Meeting.
