Join Dr. Brian Privett, Board Chair of the Iowa Medical Society, and Dennis Tibben, IMS Director of the Center for Physician Advocacy, to learn and discuss the state medical society's state and federal legislative priorities.

We will discuss which healthcare-related bills made it through the first legislative funnel.   There are a number of bills being debated at the State Capital involving scope of practice, public health, administrative burden, opioid abuse, and medical licensure and training that will potentially affect your practice. 

As always, we also want to hear your feedback on legislative issues affecting your practice.  A light supper will be served.
